... and thank you for visiting us! My name is Karen Laggett and along with my partner, Jonathan Harwood we run The Cotswold Pudding Company producing a range of award winning, gloriously sticky puddings and caramel sauces.

We are lucky enough to live in an area that yields wonderful ingredients used in all our products including organic stoneground flour, unsalted farmhouse butter, free-range eggs and double cream all sourced from fantastic suppliers in Gloucestershire.


All our puds are handmade and are baked using traditional methods from our dedicated kitchen in the lovely Cotswold village of Poulton, just outside Cirencester.
